Sonya. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the assistance that you gave to me during my recent BSB40812 Certificate IV Frontline Management course. When we initially spoke about my aspirations and goals in gaining this qualification I was very hesitant about putting in the time and effort due to my position as a supervisor and the FIFO work that I was undertaking.

The time and effort that you gave to me during this course was the difference between going on to achieve my goal or quitting.
